So I am sitting here eating my fabulous chocolate muesli with unsweetened soy milk and I'm enjoying it quite a lot while simultaneously asking myself why I don't eat it more often.

On Thursday I'm going to make a vegan cake that looks like a bacon cheeseburger. Oh yes, I will post pictures.

Sounds so yummy! Unsweetened soy milk with chocolate mini weetabix is so good. And weird thing I like: baked brown beans with unsweetened soy yoghurt I put that yoghurt to everything! It's really good with rice, salad, tortilla, talkkuna( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )etc..
Now I'm eating a yellow paprika filled with soy, pineapple and zucchini.

Haha, that sounds weird but who knows, sometimes the weirdest things taste awesome!

I decided to start getting things ready for the cake I'm making and I totally messed up all the cake parts. Everything is too dense and now I have to start over tomorrow

The frosting turned out good though and my fruit roll-up toppings are looking nice (so far!).

Also Mocha frappucino ice cream is heaven in a pint carton.
