Gave an hour and a half presentation (with my friend, to our class) about osteoporosis today. It went a lot better than I thought it would. I used to be so freaked out about presentations and stuff but now I was only little nervous before it started.
And apparently our class teacher is a huge David Bowie fan I like her even more now.

I went to the fair for class yesterday, it was fantastic. I also shot my first almost real fashion editorial photo shoot. All that was missing was the entourage of people from some fancy magazine.

You want your soul to be taken? lol just kidding I love college, I feel that I am a better smarter more interesting person because of it. Otherwise I'd just be your typical kid from the US that graduated high school stuck working a retail crap job in the same town I was born in. The college thing differentiates me from that. And it will get me out of this town!

Indeed and that is how I feel. Minus the US thing. I'm just another dumb person who graduated from school early, went into some stupid apprenticeship thing she didn't enjoy only to move on to a job she enjoys even less. I know taking up some evening classes or something wouldn't make me a cooler person or give me a better job but it'd make me feel better...

Kathy I don't think it could be possible for you to become cooler than you already are
but if it would make you feel better then you should look into taking some evening classes. I will probably take local art classes after I graduate just because I love learning different art forms. Also I hadn't meant to speak poorly of anyone, some people just don't like school and that's fine there are many ways to climb a mountain, college just seems to be the best route for me.

Also I've been collecting fortune cookie fortunes for 2 years now and I feel like I'm starting to sound like them.

Oh no, I didn't think you were saying anything bad about me / other people and neither was I. If that's the route someone truly enjoys, I'm sure it's great. Hell, I've heard of people who clean toilets for a living and love it because they enjoy cleaning and that's great. I just think I simply went with the easy route instead of doing something I really enjoy. Sucks.

Yeah, maybe I should look into something but evening classes are out of the question since they recently changed our shift times and now I have to work til 8 pm or even 10 pm every other week and I don't wanna start a course and then miss half of it. But maybe I'll look into one of those online course thingies.
